United Way of Genesee County is a health and human service nonprofit, serving the residents of Genesee and Shiawassee Counties, Michigan. United Way has supported our community through the Flint Water Crisis and raises the funds needed to continue critical support to over 85,000 Genesee and Shiawassee County residents. The United Way of Genesee County currently supports over 150 programs within the following strategic areas; Youth Violence Prevention, Health Access, Senior Independence, Early Childhood Literacy & Parental Involvement, Afterschool & Mentoring, Financial Independence & Education and Emergency Support Services.
