As a part of the global #GivingTuesday movement, nonprofits in Shiawassee County are looking for people like you to make an impACT in our community through meaningful volunteer service. Are you interested in giving your time or talents to a local organization? We’d love for you to join us on November 13th for the launch of Shiawassee Serves, a program of United Way of Genesee County – Serving Genesee and Shiawassee Counties. Shiawassee Serves connects people to organizations with volunteer opportunities. Our goal is to create a positive impACT by building the capacity of individuals, organizations and the community.
Drop in for some food and fun to meet your local nonprofit organizations. This is a great opportunity to find out which nonprofit(s) match you and your interests! All volunteers who create a profile on Shiawassee Serves at our event will be entered into a prize drawing.
We hope to help you find your “Nonprofit Soulmate!”
