What it's like to Work United
Our employees use their individual strengths to help solve some of our region's toughest challenges with and for community, alongside our donors, advocates, volunteers and partners.
We embrace technology, walking meetings and video chats when we're in the field. We value different ideas, perspectives and a can-do attitutde. Our success requires that all departments work together to ensure that we're all focused on one thing: serving our community.
We pride ourselves on being an equal-opportunity employer, seeking job candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and value local and outsider perspectives.
Located in the Plaza One Building in downtown Flint, our office is steps away from diverse eateries, arts, culture, universities and the nationally recognized Flint Farmers Market. Throughout the year many events and festivals including the Crim Festival of Races and Back to the Bricks take place right outside our door. Inside, our office is an inspiring place to work with murals by local artists and views of downtown.
