What it's like to Work United

United Way fights for the health, education, financial stability and basic needs for every resident of Genesee and Shiawassee Counties.  We go looking for the toughest challenges and we fight. We are more than the fundraisers.  We are the game-changers.  The hand-raisers.  The stop talking, start doing and take on the impossible task-masters.

Dynamic Collaboration

We embrace technology, walking meetings and video chats when we're in the field.  We value different ideas, perspectives and a can-do attitude. Our success requires that all departments work together to ensure that we're all focused on one thing: serving our community.
